Each pot and pan features an encapsulated Triple-Clad base (Stainless Steel • Aluminum • Stainless Steel) that provides fast, even heat distribution and is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops.

Cookware is oven safe up to 500°F (excluding the removable handle) and designed for years of dependable performance.
